Here’s a powerful meditation to meet your souls deep desire.

Buy entering a state of calm and connecting to your body, I invite you to connect with your soul while also acknowledging the fears, beliefs and limitations imposed by your mind (or ego).

The whole journey lasts around 25 minutes and I invite you to listen to it every now and then.

During this workshop, you will get to know about :

⭐ Explore your inner dream/desire through a guided meditation (20′ approx)
⭐ Discover a little practice to develop inner stability through body-awareness (if time is enough !)
